Hi, i want to convert a gdsii format into the gbr extension, how to do it? while kepeing my design intact

Hi, to export a design to Gerber (often gbr extension, but also other used) just choose *save as* and choose in the file dialog the *Gerber including load macro* filter/format. Gerber can only store a single layer per file. So when you export to Gerber a set of Gerber files is created, one for any used layer. Next to these core Gerber file a little script is created that will load this set of file back into the LayoutEditor to make make loading easier. Storing to Gerber will not modify the opened design.
