Convert Text to Polygon Resolution

Monday 7th October 2024 I am using a quite large amount of text numbering for X/Y coordinates and would like to convert the text to polygons. Sadly, my file size explodes by more than a factor of 100 when doing so. Is there any possibility so the set the resolution for the conversion to polygon? Like angle/point or something similar. Any help will be highly appreciated. Best regards, Kai

Yes there is. Under setup/display/text you can set the font itself and set the iterations used for bows in the font. A iteration of 0 directly connects and start/end point of any bow and increasing the value by one will double the number of points per bow. In the same dialog you can choose the font itself. There are fonts with no/less bows. These font file will reduced as well the points required per text.
