Difficulties loading components from a tsmcN65 library

Hello,
I am a new licensed Layout Editor user, attempting some simple layouts using commercial libraries for the TSMC 65nm process. In trying to open components from the library (e.g. mimcap_3t_6m_2p0's layout.oa file) the application crashes (on Windows) or fails to complete the load with the message
"Open of OpenAccess...<path to layout.oa file> ... Strong warnings: ... Parametric cell, open with default parameter ( )"
(on Linux).
What are next steps to determine issues and correct them?

I am sorry. The PDK from TSMC with parametric cells did not run with the LayoutEditor. The parametric cell code supplied by TSMC did not strictly follow the iPDK specification and crashes. We contacted TSMC on this and tried to find a solution, but TSMC is not interested to supplier a PDK for our LayoutEditor software.
So I can only recommend to switch to a different foundry. For example X-Fab suppliers PDK tested and fully work with the LayoutEditor.
