License key was installed on another system and can no longer be used on this system

Hi, I have two work computers but one license only, so I was moving the license to the computer I use more. However, even after I removed the license from one computer, I could not install it on the other because "License key was installed on another system and can no longer be used on this system". When I tried to reinstall the license back to the original computer, the same message pops up. Basicially, I have one license not working on either computer now. What should I do? Thanks!

Monday 3rd July 2023 Hi Anna, there might be a third computer the license key is installed on. The key will always work on one system it was installed on. If you forget to remove the key on the first system while installing it on the second one, the first system may got locked for further installations. To reset it, please remove the license key from all system you have and wait 24h hours. The key will be reset and can used again. If that not works, please contact support (support@layouteditor.com) and include your license id. We are able to locate on which system the key was also installed and can reset the license by blocking this system.
