Cannot open the application via START.bat

Recently, my LayoutEditor could not be opened via START.bat. It worked fine one week ago. Now, when I click on START.bat, a command window will pop, then close, and nothing else happens. The application can open with reset.bat but all layer settings are reset every time. Also the application tends to crash when loading a design nowadays. Such issues happen to both the older and newer versions of LayoutEditor. What shall I try for troubleshooting? Thanks!

Thursday 17th November 2022 Does any error message show up? What Windows version is used? You can try the start the layout.exe in the bin folder. In that case OpenAccess support is not working, but anything else should be fine.
