Hi Jurgen,
For a 300mm wafer gds, there is a minimum resolution possible with the gds format that is approximately 70pm due to the 32 bit format.
For OASIS, the minimum resolution should be a lot lower.
However, when I select a low database unit, eg. 25pm, I can not represent a 300mm wafer in layout editor even if the format is OAS.
Can you tell me what is the minimum resolution that I can save/edit an OAS file for a 300mm wafer?

The LayoutEditor uses internally GDS and is thereby also limited to 32bit. So there is no difference within the LayoutEditor between GDS and OASIS.
