How do you reverse a path on the fly

Wednesday 12th January 2022 I'm drawing a path, like adding a trace. How do you back step a path on the fly? I've tried different keys like backspace and so on.

Thursday 13th January 2022 I've found it. Ctl>Shift>Left mouse button.

Correct, with a control shift left click you can edit the last entered point and remove it:
