Defautly origin coordination is center.(0,0) If I'd like to change the origin to lower left, how should I do?

The origin of the cell reference is always the the point (0,0). You can move the cell origin point by the feature *set cell origin* under utilities/cell_tools. Existing cell reference will be adjusted by this feature in a way that no resulting design is changed.
