Monday 29th June 2020 The group feature creates a new cell and adds the selected shapes to this new cell. However the resulting design is not changed. As a reference to this new created cell is added. By adding further reference to this cell a more complex design can be created without drawing new shapes. Group or hierarchical designs keeps the file size small and helps to manage complex designs with repeating structures.

Thanks Jürgen! What I have done is generate a new cell (main mask sell), then "insert" (Draw - Sell) all sells I need. What's the difference to "Group"? If using "Group", what should I do?

Monday 29th June 2020 Draw->cell will create a reference to an existing cell. The group feature will create a new cell from the selected shapes and replace the selected shapes with a reference to this cell.
