Install full license for all users on one computer

Is it possible to install our full license for all users on a computer? At the moment every new user has to register the license.

With the user interface of the LayoutEditor this is not possible. However it can be done with a little hack. The LayoutEditor uses the Qt-Library to store its setting including the license key.
