Drive c: is locked by the system administrator in our company. The LayoutEditor Installer does not allow to change the installation location. How to get the LayoutEditor running?

Please download the ZIP package of the LayoutEditor. This package will be visible after pressing on *View all LayoutEditor packages* on the download page. To install this ZIP package just unzip it at any location on your disc and call 'LayoutEditor.bat' to start. That's it. No administration rights on your system required.
In some rare cases you need to install the Microsoft Runtime Package that is included in the '3rd-party' folder. This is usually only required on a fresh system without any Microsoft application installed or any other application created with the Microsoft compiler.
