I am trying to perform a boolean operation on polygons in my design but the boolean operations is no where to be seen on the menu after the most recent update.
Do I need to reinstall or are others experiencing this issue?

The Boolean Operations are part of the reduced and full version of the LayoutEditor. It can be further used in the free version of the LayoutEditor, but is limited to small designs. However it had never been part of the basic version of the LayoutEditor. So i guess there was in issue with the installation of your basic license key and you had used the free version before.
