Deleting permanent rulers

I had some difficulty to delete some rulers on my design, until I realised they were in a cell below the one I was in. It seems that Command + Shift + Left Click (on mac) only deletes permenant rulers which are in the current scope. It took me some time to find which cell they were in, so I could delete them Is there any trick to finding which cell a specific ruler is in? In any case, I think it would be useful to have a way to delete all permeant rulers, anywhere in the design hierarchy. This is quite a typical need when preparing a database for release. Such an option could go in Utilities/GlobalTools for example
