Hi,
What is the 3D setting in the layout editor? What are up-level, down-level? Can we see a 3D model of our layout stack?

If you open the LayerManager, you always see the layer stack at the right. Each layer can have a up-level and down-level or a level and a thickness. These values are used to display the normal 2d view within the 3d viewer. The 3d viewer is part of the full version of the LayoutEditor.
Furthermore the level values are used to extract the layer connectivity for a net highlighting.
